I want to introduce you to our family. I am Angie Avery. I am a wife to a handsome cowboy and a mommy of four completely different and unique, wild children. I am also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. My Father in Heaven, my Savior Jesus Christ and my family are what keep me going and hold me steady. We don’t have it all together. Our days are often field with moans and groans. Often we have tears and spills, yet intermixed with it all we have lots of priceless moments of just being together. I hope something in my blog inspires you. I truly believe in homeschooling. I have seen the difference it has made in my children and it is worth the often unappreciated and tear strained cost to train them up in the way they should go with the faith that they shall not depart from it. Our Lord and Savior has called me to this job like many of you, and I know He will not leave me comfortless. What He calls us to He also qualifies us for.
Deuteronomy 6: 5-7
“And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart. And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.”
